General term and conditions

Clicking on Buy now and the agreement of our privacy policy* once closing the order, the Customer declares to have read the content related to shipping methods and payment methods we offer, the way to get under warranty  repair or replacement of purchased products, and the Withdrawal Rights, summed up here and resumed as follows: 

Shipping to Italy is free for carts over 99,00 euro, unles C.O.D. fees (5,00 euro) and extra costs for remote areas, on Minor Islands, Venetia and others, for which the requested sum is 18,00 euro vat included each 100 kgs. Standard shipment cost is 7,50 euro. 

Order cancellation requests must be sent by email to [email protected]. We can cancel unpaid orders after 48hrs by the purchase (72hrs if You choose bank transfer or postepay prepaid card charge). You'll receive automated notices for unpaid order, or we could even send You direct emails which, if not responded to, will lead to the non-restorable cancellation of the order in question, which will have to be re-issued if necessary. PLEASE NOTE. In the event of requests to cancel orders paid but not yet shipped, or in transit and not yet delivered, we reserve the right to withhold amounts equal to the fees which e payment management companies withheld us theirselves.

We need a request to withdraw within 14 days of delivery of the goods, by email or through a specific withdrawal form, goods to be returned in a substantial state of integrity, cleanliness, completeness (original graphic packaging, accessories, including paper attachments) within the following 14 days days from the request by any traceable shipment service. Refund is made by direct transfer of the payment (if paid by PayPal/credit card) or bank transfer (if paid by bank transfer, company postepay top-up, cash on delivery) within 14 days of returning the product and proven compliance with the return. If deemed excessively onerous, the payment commissions recognized for the services used may be withheld in whole or in part. Returns are foreseen for product exchange against a difference to be paid by the customer (otherwise, if the chosen product has a lower value, we will apply a credit for the difference, without expiry and which can be spent in one or more solutions on future purchases on our online platform.

A defective on arrival (D.O.A) product is replaced free of charge, if possible, upon collection and return to the store, within the first 14 days of delivery (with a tolerance extendable to 30 days, applicable on a case-by-case basis). Beyond these times, the defective products will follow the procedure foreseen by the official distributors and will be sent to the affiliated assistance centers and will be repaired within the times set by the intervention queue and the availability or availability of the necessary spare parts. Where not repairable, the product will be replaced, where not replaceable, a swap proposal or refund will follow. If one or more products are damaged during transport, these are replaceable (or refundable in case of lack of stock) only if, upon delivery of a visibly damaged package (with holes, tears, dents, partial openings, etc. ) is placed by the customer with a specific control reserve following a correct inspection, so as to be able to report, as per the law and transport conditions, hidden and invisible defects until the package is opened, with a mandatory deadline of 8 calendar days.
