within 14 days of delivery of the goods, the Customer can exercise the Right of Withdrawal requesting the return for the purposes of reimbursement (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, Consumer Code) or an article change by e-mail to: [email protected] or [email protected] or using
the present withdrawal form, presenting any explicit declaration of its decision to withdraw from the contract (Article 54 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, Consumer Code). Return of defective products, damaged during transport or not corresponding to which ordered, due to incorrect shipments, is provided for the purpose of replacement or resending of the correct product and it's at our own charge, while the shipping costs for a return to get a refund are at the customer charge (Article 57 of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, Code of consumption). The customer can request that the shipment takes place by the store using our rates agreed; the cost, times and methods of collection will be agreed by telephone or e-mail. the Right of Withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
- is applicable only to the product purchased in the entirety of its equipment; it is not possible to exercise it only on a part of it (eg accessories, attached software, etc.) and there are no partial reimbursements to this effect.
- the purchased item must be returned intact and complete in all its parts (including original packaging / s and envelopes, any documentation and accessories such as manuals, cables, etc.)
- the product must be returned in perfect condition, then be kept and possibly used with the normal diligence: will not therefore be accepted products with abrasions, scratches, dents or dirt and that, therefore, can no longer be considered intact

Are excluded from the right of withdrawal audiovisual products or computer software delivered sealed, products made to measure for the personal needs of the consumer (eg tailored Flight case), sealed goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene is not suitable to be restuated (earphones / microphone arches ...) less than a reasonable and agreed reduction in value. The Withdrawal is not applicable in the case of "B2B" purchases, that is to say for the supply of goods invoiced to companies or professionals, unless special agreements are made between the parties.
- all shipping costs and transport risks deriving from the return of the goods (and their return) in the store, as well as the costs of reconditioning and sanitation of the aforementioned product types, are entirely at the customer's expense (articles 63 and 67 D. Lgs No. 206/2005, Consumer Code).

the Right of Withdrawal lapses in the absence of the essential condition of integrity of the goods and of the endowment, or in the cases in which the absence of the external packaging and / or the original internal packaging is found, the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...) or anomalies of the same, damage due to causes not attributable to its transport and a state of dirt (resulting from its use or non-optimal conservation) that has compromised its integrity. We reserve the right to charge reconditioning and sanitation costs in case of return of items in conditions of non-substantial integrity or not in accordance with the Right of Withdrawal, or to return them to the sender with an increase in transport costs.

Refunds of the amount paid, initial shipping costs to the customer included, will be made by cancellation, within 14 days from the return of the returned goods to the store.
In particular, for items paid with PayPal or credit card on the Nexi circuit, the refunds will be issued by reversing directly to the circuit / portal through which the payment of the order has passed, it will then be the task of the institution to pay the money on the instrument used for the withdrawal of money.
In case of payment by bank transfer, recharge to our company mail, or cash on delivery, the refund will be by bank transfer and the customer is required to communicate the details for the payment.

We replace free of charge with return shipment against us articles that have manufacturing or operating defects in the first 14 days of delivery, with the final delivery time in the shop no later than the 30th day, specifying that we will carry out checks on the aesthetic and operating conditions non-compliant reported to us by the purchaser, in order to establish the responsibility and the nature of such non-conformities. NB: substitutions in case of doa (dead on arrival: product not working at the first ignition), subject to the existence of the conditions for the application of the legislative decree n. 24/02, will be carried out only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. We also specify that, if you waive the replacement by opting for the rebate, actually thinking about the purchase, the cost of transport is charged to the customer. If one or more products are damaged during transport, these are replaceable (or refundable in case of lack of stock) if and only if, upon delivery of a visibly damaged package (with holes, tears, dents, partial openings, etc.) is affixed by the customer specific control reserve, so as to be able to report, as per Law and transport conditions, hidden and non-visible defects until the package is opened, with a mandatory deadline of 8 calendar days.

For any type of dispute we indicate the Court of Rimini as competent (Article 66 bis of Legislative Decree 206/2005).

1. All products sold by us are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and the 24-month warranty for defects of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree n. 24/02. To appeal for the replacement / repair under warranty it is necessary to have the packing list and the proof of payment or any receipt / invoice (electronic, since January 2019) and provide brand, model, serial number and an accurate description of the malfunction. Moreover, the original box of the product is necessary.
2. The warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation included in the product packaging. if, following an intervention by an authorized service center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the customer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs requested by the authorized assistance, in addition to transport costs (if arranged by us).
3. Pursuant to the legislative decree n. 24/02, the 24-month warranty applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that it is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. this guarantee is reserved only for the private consumer (a physical person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or without indicating a VAT reference in the order form), otherwise the duration of the guarantee is 12 months. In the event of a defect, we will restore the conformity of the product by repairing / replacing or reducing the price, until the contract is terminated and at no cost to the customer. If as a result of intervention by an authorized service center there is no lack of conformity, the customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required by authorized assistance, in addition to transport costs (if incurred by us).
4. We specify that the replacement times (or any repair of the product) depend exclusively on the manufacturer or service center. no refund can be requested for any delays in carrying out repairs or replacements of products under warranty.
5. In the event that, for any reason, the service center is unable to repair it, the customer has the right to be replaced. if the same is no longer in the catalog, then left out of production, with the consent of the customer we will replace with another of equal characteristics and value, or to issue a voucher for the purchase of another product, of the same amount and valid for the remaining duration of the conformity guarantee.
6. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the same must be delivered in the original packaging complete in all its parts (including packaging, any documentation and accessory equipment manuals, cables, etc.). To limit damage to the original package it is recommended to insert it in a second box or cover it with black or transparent film, then secured with adhesive tape, thus avoiding the affixing of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the packaging.

note: we are not responsible for any damage occurring in outgoing/return transport due to the total or partial lack of the original packaging, the one and only "suitable for transport". If they show up, they will not be compensated.
